Start With a Performance Assessment

Performance Assessment

A 55-minute in-person performance assessment designed to evaluate movement quality, establish strength and conditioning baselines, clarify your training goals, and outline a structured plan for measurable progress. If you enroll in a coaching package within 48 hours, the $120 assessment fee is credited toward your first package.

Coaching Programs

Hybrid Coaching

The full coaching experience. One in-person session per week (45–60 minutes) plus full-week programming delivered through the app. Your other training days are structured, tracked, and monitored. Includes weekly check-ins, movement prep and mobility routines, and direct messaging access to your coach between sessions. This is not personal training by the hour. This is a complete coaching system built around your entire week.
