This package includes twelve 55-minute in-person coaching sessions at Left Coast Fitness in Campbell. It is the most comprehensive option available and is intended for individuals who are ready to train with consistency and intent over a concentrated period of time.

The higher session frequency allows training to compound. Instead of spacing sessions out and rebuilding rhythm each week, you stay engaged in the process, refine technique under supervision, and progress load and intensity with far less interruption. That continuity typically leads to faster strength development and more visible physical change compared to shorter packages.

This package is best suited for dedicated adults who want measurable results and are prepared to treat training as a priority rather than an afterthought.
