This package includes eight 55-minute in-person coaching sessions at Left Coast Fitness in Campbell. The increased session count allows training to move beyond introduction and into meaningful progression. Instead of simply learning movements, you begin refining them, increasing intensity appropriately, and building measurable capacity over time.

With more frequent exposure to structured coaching, adjustments can be made in real time. Performance benchmarks are tracked, loads are progressed with intention, and your training evolves based on how your body responds week to week. This level of consistency often leads to more visible physical changes and stronger overall work capacity compared to shorter packages.

This option is best for adults who want steady forward movement and prefer not to reset momentum between sessions.
