How It Works:
- Step 1: Complete the Truemed health check. Use the link above to complete a short health intake questionnaire.
- Step 2: Medical review and documentation. If approved, a licensed provider may issue a Letter of Medical Necessity that supports HSA/FSA reimbursement.
- Step 3: Purchase and submit for reimbursement. After purchase, submit your receipt and any required documentation to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement based on your plan rules.
