"Performance coaching is a more structured, system-based approach to training. Rather than showing up and deciding what to do that day, every session follows a defined program built around progressive overload, measurable benchmarks, and long-term development. It integrates not just physical training but recovery and mental discipline as well. Think of it as personal training with a more deliberate architecture behind it."

How do I get started?

"The process starts with a brief virtual call to discuss your goals and training history. From there, we schedule an in-person Performance Assessment at Left Coast Fitness in Campbell — a 55-minute session that establishes your baseline and outlines your program. If you enroll in a coaching package within 48 hours, the $120 assessment fee is credited toward your first package."

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching is sold in packages. A 4-session package is $560, an 8-session package is $1,040, and a 12-session package is $1,440. All sessions are 55 minutes. Can I use my HSA or FSA funds?

"Qualified clients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds to cover coaching through Truemed. You can check your eligibility directly on the HSA/FSA page of this site. Tax savings vary by individual — Truemed handles the qualification process."

Where exactly are sessions held?

"All in-person sessions take place at Left Coast Fitness in Campbell, California — 891 East Hamilton Avenue, Campbell, CA 95008. In-home sessions are also available for clients who prefer to train in their own space."

What are your credentials?

I hold a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and am an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I have been coaching strength and performance since 2010 — over 15 years of experience working with adults across a range of goals and athletic backgrounds."

Do you offer online or remote coaching?
