Hybrid Coaching:
A More Complete Way To Train

Hybrid coaching combines in-person sessions with full-week programming and accountability so your progress doesn’t stop when you leave the gym.
Complete Weekly Structure
You’ll train once per week in person at Left Coast Fitness (45–60 minutes), with the rest of your week fully programmed based on your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity. Your independent training days are delivered through the app with exercises, sets, reps, tempo, and video demonstrations, so you always know exactly what to do.
Built-In Accountability
Each week you complete a short check-in covering sleep, energy, recovery, and training adherence. Your coach reviews your responses and adjusts your program accordingly to keep your progress consistent and aligned.
Continuous Coaching
You’ll have direct messaging access to your coach between sessions for ongoing support, feedback, and guidance. Your program is continuously monitored and adjusted, with responses provided within 24 hours on weekdays.
The Process
Step 1: Virtual Performance Assessment Call

A brief conversation to understand your goals and determine coaching fit
Your process begins with a short virtual call where we discuss your objectives, training history, and any limitations that might influence your program. This conversation sets expectations, clarifies what you want to accomplish, and ensures that in-person coaching is aligned with your needs. It’s an easy first step that provides direction before moving into the physical assessment.
Step 2: In-Person Performance Assessment Â

A 55-minute session that establishes your physical starting point
This assessment takes place at Left Coast Fitness in Campbell and is designed to give a clear picture of how you move and where you stand physically. You’ll go through movement screening, baseline strength and conditioning checks, and a goal-setting conversation that shapes your program. By the end, you’ll have a defined path forward and a clear understanding of what your training will focus on.
*The $120 assessment fee is credited toward your first package if you enroll within 48 hours.
Step 3: Coaching Enrollment

Begin a structured training plan with ongoing progressionÂ
After completing the assessment, you’ll choose the coaching package that best matches your goals and availability. Each package follows a defined training structure with personalized programming and session-to-session progression built in. Coaching begins once your schedule is set, and your plan evolves based on how your body responds, ensuring you move forward with clarity and consistency.
