This package includes four 55-minute in-person coaching sessions at Left Coast Fitness in Campbell. It serves as the introductory option for clients who want to experience the performance system before committing to a higher session volume.
Four sessions provide enough exposure to establish foundational movement patterns, introduce structured loading, and begin implementing clear progression. It allows you to experience the coaching style, expectations, and training environment while building early momentum.
This package is well suited for adults who are new to structured performance coaching, returning after time away from training, or looking to establish consistency before scaling session frequency. It creates a strong starting point without requiring a longer upfront commitment.
