Junior and adult competitors who play better in practice than in matches, lose focus after mistakes, or tighten up when it matters most.
Mental Performance Coaching · Virtual, Wherever You Are
Structured mental performance coaching for competitive athletes and high performers. Focus, composure and confidence are trainable skills. We train them with the same structure and progression as strength.
Talent and training get you to the start line. What happens under pressure decides the result.

You are already investing in lessons, tournaments and travel. This is the piece most junior programs leave out, delivered with structure and clear progress.
Professionals who want sharper focus, steadier energy and better composure under pressure, at work and in their training.
Coaching is built around four qualities that can be measured, trained and improved over time.
Directing focus to what matters right now, and bringing it back quickly after a distraction or mistake.
Shaping the voice in your head so it works for your performance instead of against it.
Regulating arousal and nerves so you compete at the right intensity, not too flat and not too wound up.
Using deliberate mental rehearsal to prepare for competition, sharpen skills and build confidence before you need it.

Sepano Hassanzadeh has coached performance since 2010. He holds an MA in Sport Psychology and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which means the mental and physical sides of your training come from one coach who understands both.
He is the author of A.R.T. of the Fight and has worked with athletes competing at national level.
"After the meditation I felt completely locked in and on the day of competition I went out and not only won, but had one of my best fights in a long time. I highly recommend Sepano to anyone looking to explore the inner workings of mental performance."
