The more you can relax and let go of “trying” to make things happen, the more you will be in harmony and thereby successful.  

Just the same, the more you embrace your situation versus avoiding it or resisting it, the easier you will be able to move through it and past it.  

The practice lies in surrendering all expectations and attachments of the self. It takes consistent work and the process may seem difficult at first.  

The very initial step is to become aware of WHEN you are resisting.  

Learn to let go at the right times and get back in line with your natural rhythm and flow.
