This 30-minute session is built for clients who want focused, high-quality coaching in a shorter format. It works well for refining technique, addressing specific movement patterns, adding supplemental conditioning, or fitting structured training into a tighter schedule.

Despite the shorter duration, the session maintains the same professional standards and attention to detail as full coaching sessions. This option is best used to reinforce progression between longer sessions or to work on isolated skill areas without committing to a full 55-minute block.
